PRAYERS OF COLOGNE WANTED. AS AIDS TO VICTORY. Amsterdam, August 16. The Cologne Gazette says that the Kaiser, when visiting Cologne, acknowledged the crowd’s salutations from a train window. He said: “Go to church, everybody and pray for victory and an honourable peace!”
