SEVEN LINERS BUILT, United Service. London, Aug. 16. Herr Hohmann, director of the new submarine line, states that the construction of seven liners tpok six months. It was difficult to obtain rubber and metals in America. Stores were obtained secretly,- but the company secured enough for six voyages.
