Newspapers consider the Kaiser’s view of the West front, together wth the fact that the enemy is sending thither all the reinforcements that can be spared and especially heavy artillery, indicates that Germany is seeking a decisive there, having given up hope of successes elsewhere. ANGLO-ITALIIAN TRADE AGREEMENT. Rome, Aug. 15 The Anglo-Italian commercial agreement has been signed.
