FROM BULGARS AND TURKS. A PEREMPTORY REFUSAL. Rome, August 14. The Tribuna’s Athens correspondent reports that Turkey and Bulgaria made overtures to the Entente for a separate peace hut that the Entente refused to discuss the matter.
