THE WAR LOAN.
Per Press Association. Dannevirke, August 15. The Chamber of Commerce approved of the-action of the National Government in voting a war loan, and expressed a desire to give every assistance to stimulate investment in this district and decided to Invite Sir J. G. Ward to address a meeting at Dannevirke in support of the loan. Members undertook to attend meetings.in the country districts and explain the provisions.
