AH OBSERVER’S OPINION. A SPLENDID FIGHTER. London, Ang 13, The Daily Telegraph’s Milan corlespondent interviewed the Japanese Admiral Okiyama, who watched the attack on Goriizo. He said: The Italians fought splendidly. The were well equipped and supplied. They have a fine spirit and can continue the advance at any time. Successive defeats leave the Austrians weakened. It appears that -they are no longer capable of strong resistance.
