BELLIGERENTS IMPRESSING ELECTRICITY. BATTLES OF WIRELESS. Received Aug. 12, 11 a.m. Berlin, Aug. 11.
Daily wireless battles are taking piece between the belligerent stations. A despatch from Lugano states that Italian messages are being blocked by more powerful German stations which fill the air with flashes to prevent Italians sending news of the victory to the enter world. The French, German and Italian stations fight day and night. CHANGES IN COMMANDS. United Service. London, August 11. General Sir Beauchamp Duff, Commander-in-Chief, is returning from India. General Sir Charles Monro succeeds him.
