THE SOARING OF FOOD FRIGES. Received August 11, noon. Melbourne, August 11. Mr Pearce has made available the leportof the committee for the relief of Poland. The report states that five million people are without resources; ten million unemployed, and an immense number of villages have been destroyed. The price of foods and medi fines has increased by lour hundred to five hundred per cent.
