Sir John Forrest has completed arrangements with the [lmperial Mint 'whereby the Commonwealth issue of -.silver coins will be minted shortly. Under agreement with the Imperial 'Treasury Australia will mint between £150.000 and £160,000 worth annually. The Australian profit will -exceed £40,000 per year. The head of the King appears on one side and some easily recognised Australian • design.'on the reverse.
