United Press Association. —By Bleetric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received June 18, 11,0 a.m. Melbourne, Jnne 18. The total amount of Victorian loans outstanding on June 230th, 1908, was £53,805,000, equal to £54 8s 2d per head. Interest and expenses are fully earned by £47,040,000 of the debt.
