The fourth wicket went at 43, the fifth at 50, and the sixth at 52. Lewis made his score by steady play. Robson fell to an easy catch at slip. Bisgood, was snapped up by Carter at the wicket with a' smart catch. Maoaiiater in the deep field disposed of Hill; seven for 69, and ten rnns later Oresswell put his leg in front .of one from Whitty. Noble accounted for the ninth wicket at 93 and bagged Oheclgey the same over. Scores:—
