The programme for the above Glob’s armnal meeting in September will be fonncl on page 8 The stakes have been increased 1 to £1330, making a very attractive programme. The dates sro subject to confirmation by the Raoiug Conference. Owing to the Ist September falling on the first Wednesday in September, the Giub has forwarded a notice of motion to the Racing Conference ( which meets on July 20th) to make August 31st the last day of the welter-weight racing season. If earned it will enable the Olob to hohf its meeting on Wednesday and Thursday, Ist and 2nd September, and otherwise it will have to race on the 2nd' and 3rd September.
