PHILADELPHIA TRAM STRIKE.
BRUTAL TREATMENT OF BLACKLEGS. United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph,—Copyright. Received June 4, 8.35 a.m. New York, June 3. In the Philadelphia tram strike a Philadelphia policeman was shot. Many blacklegs were dragged from the cars and unmercifully beaten; 100 strikers were injured and five oars wrecked.
