ALLEGED ANARCHISTS.

United Press Association, —By Bleoirio Telegranh.—Copyright, Melbourne, June 1.

An authority on Russia complains of the presence of Anarchists in Australia, jwho are attracted here on account of the , freedom 7 and liberty they enjoy. He declares that several Terrorists of the worst kind have been allowed to enter. When here they appear to lose their habits of defiance to authority. He alleges that some bombs recently used in Australia were the work of these Terrorists. The head of the Criminal Investigation Department is unaware of any dangerous Anarchists. There might ba political offenders here, but, provided they kept quiet, he had no means of knowing, as there was no communication between the Victorian and Russian police. He knew nothing about the manufacture of bombs.
