ELECTION APPEAL.

Per Press Association. Hamilton, Mav 13. In the election petition Mr Parr addressed the Court in reply, contending that the -Act was based on common law, and unless the principle was violated the election must ha valid. The Judges intimated that they hoped to give their decision on Saturday, and said no costs would go against Mr Grace, Returning Officer.
