COURTS.
Per Press Association. Wellington, May 13. At the sitting cf the Supremo Court Alfred Buruicle, for theft from a Railway Station, was sentenced to nine months. Three men, William, Thomas, and George Williams for assault with iuteut to rob, were each sentenced to two years, and John Trainer concerned in the same offence to IS months. Arthur New, for stealing a barmaid’s ring, received two years.
