United Press Association—By Meairlo Telegraph—Copyright. London, May 11. The Victorian loan was twioe covered and the list closed a day earlier than was advertised, >t a quarter premium. The loan was issued at 98, interest at B*4 P er oent. Subscriptions to the Victorian loan totalled 2*4 millions. Applicants received 60 per cent.
