On Friday, 14th May, a sal* of Te Kuifci township land will be held in tbe Te Kuiti Public Hall. Particulars of the sales are advertised elsewhere, from which it will be seen that the sections range in area from 1 acre to 8 acres, amt are admirably adapted for residential purposes. Te Kuiti being the chief town oa tha Main Trunk line in the King Country is rapidly developing and thers is every probability that it will become [au important place. It is the centre of a vast extent of country. and ®as this is brought into cultivation Te Kuiti is bound to increase in size.
