PROPOSED INQUIRY DECLARED INFORMAL. Press Association. Wellington, April 23. The Court of Appeal delivered a short judgment in the case, Cock and others v. Attorney-General and Mr Justice Sim. Justice Williams made a statement that in this case Justice Sim is anxious 'to arrange sittings of the inquiry if he has power to do so. That being so, the Court is unanimously of opinion that plaintiffs are entitled to a .writ of prohibition to prohibit the holding of the Inquiry Court and will formu late its reasons for that decision iuTa few days. The question of costs will meanwhile stand over.'
