AN EXCEPTIONAL ATTRACTION

Mr Marry Keesing has made arrangements with Mr Hugh D. Mclntosh, governing director of tbe Scientific Boxing and Self Defence, Ltd., for the sole rights to exhibit the biogtaph pictures of the BurnsJohuson contest in New Zealand. The tour of the Dominion has already commenced, the seasons in the four centres* having proved exceptionally successful. Four cameras were used at the ringside, on a perfect day from the operator’s point of view, with the result that a perfect reproduction was achieved. Two nights after the big event, 20,000 persons visited the Stadium to again see theoontestants fighting, this time on the kinematograph screen, and th& pictures are still being shown in. Sydney, in addition to which outfitsare on their way to America, Europe, England, South Africa and the East. Mr Mclntosh controls every tour, and only licenses one for each country, so that patrons may rest assured that they will eee the authentic reproduction. Every incident is shown, including the operations between the rounds, panoramas, inside and outside the Stadium, paying over the stakes, etc. A complete electric lighting outfit in charge of a competent engineer is carried; in fact, nothing is left undone to provide everything needful to make the show a triumph inkinematographio work. The show will appear in [Marton on Monday next for one night only. The pictures will also be shown at Feilding on Wednesday next. Full particulars appear in our advertising columns.
