A BANK ROBBER.
ARRESTED IN MADRID, United Press Association. —By Eleotoir Telegraph. Copyright. Madrid, April 20. A man, believed to be Windell, has been arrested at Madrid in connection with the London South Western Bank robbery, in September. [The robbery was conducted with colossal impudence by a man who signed himself A. S. Windell. a number of London branches of the Bank received word by private code on the telephone that £750. had been transferred for a customer. Shortly afterwards Windell called at the seven branch offices in a motor car and withdrew sums amounting in all to £2307.] . I
