Lord Charles Beresford, writing to the Navy League meeting at Bournemouth, wished them success in arousing the nation tc a sense of grave danger. If the country knew the real truth there would be a panic. ADMIRAL WILSON. Admiral Wilson has been appointed a member of the Committee of the Imperial Defence. The Standard says that Admiral Wilson is acoonnted the finest tactician and strategist in the Navy.
