TIMBER COMMISSION.
Per Press Association. Greymonth, April 16. The Timber Commission after inspecting the Otira Line mills is now taking evidence, which is in favour of inoreasing *the duty on Oregon and of a better ’title for reservations of a larger area. The existence of a ring is emphatically denied.
