Germany considers that the Samoan expedition aooopmliahed its task. The onuses Leipzieg remains in the South, Seas and the other vessels proceed to Singtan. Owing to the proof of the difficulties of communicating with the South Sea colonies the German Colonial Office is arranging wireless telegraphy connections with the cables through Gap Island.
