Messrs Dalgety & Co,, Ltd., report : At our Marton sale on Tuesday we had a good yarding of sheep and a small entry of oattle. For sheep of all classes in good'condition the demand was fairly good,'" but others were neglected. We quote : Aged ewes 4s lid, 6s 5d and Bs, wether lambs 7s Bd, cull lambs 4s 7d, fat ewes 8s 6d to 11s Bd, fat wethers 11s 6d, mixed weaners IBs. Messrs Dalgety & Uo., Ltd., report :—At our Ranmai sale on Gth inst., we had a full yarding of oattle but only a small entry of sheep, the latter being principally cull ewes and lambs, which were difficult to sell at auction. Oattle were fairly good of sale and we quitted the bulk of onr yarding at following prices 18 months steers 87s to £2 55,. cows with calves 3s, empty cows and heifers £2 to £2 12s, heifers in calf to £2 15s, springing heifers £4 7s 6d, cull ewes to 4s Bd, cull lambs £2 7s.
