The proposal of - M. Olemeucean to legalise Civil Servants’ Associations, but denying the right to strike, led to a great protest meeting in Paris. Many of the postal and other State servants are fraternising with the Revolutionary Confederation of Labour.

Many subversive speeches have teen delivered.

A secret mixed committee of twelve, representing Civil Servants and ordinar/ Trade Unionists, has been formed to organise a general strike with a view to compelling Parliament to yield to the extreme demands.
