FRANCO-CANADIAN TARIFF.

The Daily Mail’s Paris correspondent says that the Franoo-Oanadian treaty enables Canadian maufacturers of agricultural machinery to completely undersell the United States. The duties on Canadian cheese, tinned meats and wood pulp have been reduced between 30 to 40 per cent.
