CHANGES TO BE MADE. Per Press Association. Wellington, April 3. In the Prisons Department the lollowing officers will retire :—Lieut.Colonel Hnme, Inspector; Cleary, gaoler, Lyttelton; Bratley, gaoler, Dunedin; Armstrong, gaoler, Wellington; Flannery, gaoler, Napier; Warder Chilton, Dunedin; Warder Nicholson, Lyttelton. The following new appointments have been made:—Dr. Hay, Inspector of Prisons; Gaoler Millington, New Plymouth, to be gaoler at Wellington ; Gaoler Ironside, Hokitika, to be gaoler at Lyttelton; Gaoler Scanlon, Wanganui, to Dunedin; Chief Warder Coyle, Wellington, to be gaoler and manager of Reformatory Prison, New Plymouth; Chief Warder Gideon, Auckland, to bo gaolerjat Napier; Principal Warder Glover, Dnnedin, to be chief warder at Dnnedin; Principal Warder Blatchford, Lyttelton, to chief warder at Wellington; Principal Warder Hawkins, New Plymouth, to be chief warder at Auckland; Principal Warder MoMurray, Auck land, to be chief warder at Lyttelton.
