ATHLETIC CHAMPIONSHIPS.

Dunedin, March 20 It has rained ail night but shows signs of clearing now • Members of the Dunedin centre were anxious to postpone the Amateur Athletic j Championships till Tuesday (Anni- ' versary Day ) owing to the state of the Caledonian Grounds, but as the Wellington and Christchurch > competitors are unable to stay, the meeting will proceed this afternoon.
