United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Ottawa, March 8. Correspondence relating to the Imperial General Staff was submitted to Parliament at Ottawa. It is understood that the principal document is v a letter wherein Sir Frederick Borden, the Minister for Militia, recommends his colleagues’ acceptance of the scheme conditional on the Canadian section of the General Staff being always under Canada’s sole control, and all communications between the chief of tha section and the chief Imperial staff except routine matters being first submitted to the Minister for Militia.
