The Port of London Authority, which will control the port under the new Act, is constituted. Amongst the members are Mr Wm. Waddell, Sir Christopher Furness, M.P. (a famous shipbuilder), Mr Brightmau Gosling, secretary to the Society of Watermen, and Mr Anderson, secretary to the Amalgamated Stevedores.
