United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received March 5, 8.43. a.m. Washington, March A Mr Taft has been inaugurated President at Washington. Fifty thousand participated in the parade including the Governors of fifteen States. Congress has finally fixed Mr Taft’s salary at 75,000 dollars and 25,000 travelling expanses.
