Received March 4, 10 a.m. Sydney, March 4. § The ‘Telegraph, commenting on the New Zealand drink bill, says that doubtless the figures would have been bigger still had there been ro temperance wave, but it was to have been expected that the reform agitation would have brought them below what they actually are.
