United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph— rOopynght. New York, February 20. Mr Taft, in referring to the expected deficit of a hundred million dollars, said that many business undertakings were only waiting for a revision of the tariff and he believed that the normal increase resulting from the settlement of the tariff would be sufficient ,to meet the defioit.
