A specimen of his work was shown to a press representative last week in the shape of a small cast cog wheel. This if oast in the ordinary fashion would fly to pieces when struck by a hammer but it was placed: on an anvil and hammered with considerable force, and the only result was that dents were knocked into it and the edges of the cogs were flattened.
