SALE OF SECTIONS IN OHAKUNE.

This sale, which takes place on Friday, 26th inst., offers an excellent chance for investors and those who desire to obtain building or business sites in this thriving township. The group of sections being offered for sale is adjoining those disposed of in December last, and notwithstanding that such large prices were obtained then, some sections bringing about four times the upset, the upset prices for the present sale have not been increased, but are practically similar tn those of the first sale, in fact some are lower, ranging in price from £3O 'to £75 per lot. There is a great demand all along the Main Trunk line for business places, and Ohakune apparently is to'be the stop over place from Wellington end, where persons who do not wish to go right through in one day will break their journey.
