At Marton Court to-day opportunity was taken by the Bar to welcome Mr Kerr, the newlv-apponited Magistrate for the Wanganui district. Mr Lyon, senior member of the Bar, said that before the civil business was called, he desired on behalf of fellow members of the Bar to extend to Mr Kerr a formal welcome to Marton. He (the new S.M.) had been long and favourably known in practice at New Plymouth and the Bar desired to offer their congratulations on his appointment as Magistrate to the Wanganui district. He regretted they had not the opportunity to say good-bye to Mr Graham, but he trusted the kindly relations that had existed in the past would continue under their new Magistrate. Members of the Bar would endeavour to uphold the dignity of the Oqurt and to render every assistance in maintaining the former good relations of Bench and Bar in this district. Mr Kerr, in reply, thanked Mr Lyon and members’ of the Bar for the cordial and kindly extended to him. It was the first time be had taken his seat as Magistrate at Marton, and he felt gratified that he could now claim the goodwill and confidence of members k of the Bar practising at Marton. " He sincerely hoped the pleasant relations formerly existing between Bench and Bar would continue. They would do so as far as he personally concerned, and [he would certainly rely on [members of the Bar for their assistance. WHY? IS SANDER & SONS PURE VOLATILE EUCALYPTI EXTRACT superior to any other Eucalypti Product? Because it is the result of full experience, and of a special and careful process of manufacture. It is always safe, reliable-and effective, and the dangers of irresponsible preparations which are now palmed off as Extract are avoided. A death was recently reported from the use of one of these concoctions and in an action at law a witness testified that he suffered the most cruel irritation from Jibe application to an ulcer of another, which was sold as “Just as good as EXTRACT.” Therefore, beware of such deception. Remember that In medicine a drop that cures is better than a tablespoon that kills, and insist upon the preparation which was proved by experts at the Supreme Court of Victoria, and by nmnerou.. authorities during the last 36 years, to be a preparation of genuine merit, viz: THE GENUINE SANDER & SONS PURE VOLATILE EUCALYPTI EXTRACT.
