The Frozen Meat Trade Association’s Smithfield Market quotations for the 'under-mentioned classes of frozen meat are based on actual sales of not less than one hundred carcases of mutton or lamb, or twenty-live carcases of bsnf of fair average quality. These quotations are not for selected lines, but for parcels fairly representative of the bulk of the shipruects now on the market Jan. 34. Jiu. 31, d. d.
