A secret tribunal, sitting in Paris, condemned to death as a police agent, Azeff, chief terrorist organiser of a Russian Revolutionary Society, who is represented to have arranged most of the outrages and assassinations attempted in recent ears, including a plot against the Czar’s life. It alleged that Azeff had Father Gapon executed by the Revolutionaries.
