SPORTING.

TRENTHAM JTRAINING NOTES. Press Association. Wellington, January 15. Strong wind and heavy rain interfered with the morning’s work at Trentham this morning. Between the showers Moloch and Sunbonuet had a brisk run on the tan. Davies’ team got through trotting exercise, and Ukraine shaped encouragingly on the tan. Other horses did not put in an appearance. Mr O. O’Connor has been appointed starter for J.O. Cup Meeting.
