Marton is progressing. It does not take long for anyone to recognise this fact. The fine rows of business premises thait are to be seen in Broadway bear testimony. Messrs R- E. Farmers need have no fear of not procuring anything in the way of painting requisites. Employing only the best tradesmen, Messrs R. E, Tingey & 00., Ltd., have now made all to carry on painting and papering work in all its branbes in any part of the district. Mr Geo. ’Dock, wellknown in Marton and Rangitikei as a practical all round tradesman, is in full charge, which is sufficient guarantee that all work will be carried out in the best style. Messrs R. E. Tingey & Go., Ltd.,' have also made special arrangements for carrying large stocks of Messrs Newton’s artists materials, and picture frame mouldings. In fact picture framing of every description is carried , out by tbe firm. We notice in the stock that Messrs R. E. Tingey have in hand a large supply of the Sherwin and Williams* prepared paiuts, which come cut already mixed in Zaltin tins, and are paiuts to which Messrs R. B, Tingey & 00., Ltd., have put their guarantee as first-class article. We have no hesitation in wishing Messrs R. E. Tingey & 00. every success, and we feel sure that the residents of"Marton and Rangitikei will be able to satisfy a longr“felfe want by patronising this enterprising firm.
