The story how Frau von Rosthorn, the wife of the Austro-Hungarian Minister at Teheran, and Mme.'ide Hartwig, the wife of the Russian Minister, recently seized the rifle of a sentry who fired at a carriage in which they were driving, is told by the Teheran correspondent of the Herald.
