AUCKLAND TRAMWAYS STRIKE.
Press Association. Auckland, June 12. The Special Board appointed _to adjust matters iu the dispute which Jed to the recent tramway strict, met to-day to appoint a Cnairmaa. The Company’s representative p*.o posed Judge Sim. to whom the Union representatives objected. Justice Button was suggested ; but it was agreed that the Chairman should not be a lawyer.
