UNREST IN INDIA.

Sir Bampfylde Fuller, late Governor of Eastern Bengal, in a letter to the Times, emphasises the uneasy and dangerously mutinous feeling existing in India, which, he says, is the result of the people’s belief that their rulers have grown afraid. The Times considers that events have justified the prudent and moderate proposals|which terminated Sir B. Fnller’s Indian career.
