* United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received June 4, 8.40 a.m. Berlin, June 3. The Kiel police are investigating extraordinary Imperial dockyard frauds. High officials are suspected of passing out an immense quantity of stores, nominally for use in the navy, hut really selling them at nominal rates. Sometimes two thousand pounds worth a day were sold. The police recovered £75,000 from one of the weathiest merchants, who was implicated in similar frauds at Wiehelmsiiaven.
