LONDON WOOL SALES. Messrs Abraham & Williams, Ltd., have roeeived the following cable from Loudon. The May sales 3rd series, have closed with a very firm market and prospects are good. Thera is a good demand for medium coarse crossbreds, and priecs are to 3f>d per lb higher than March sales closing rates. Prices for all Merino wool have improved by 5 to 1% per cent. Current prices are as follows : —Coarse crossbred to 6%, medium crossbreds 7d to fiae crossbreds B%d to S^d.
