AUSTRIAN EMPEROR’S JUBILEE.

The Kaiser, the Kings of Saxony and Wurtembnrg and many German Princes jonrneyed to Vienna to congratulate the Emperor Francis Josef, on his diamond jubilee. Responding to the Kaiser’s tribute to the noble ruler, true ally and mighty guardian of peace, the Emperor said that he regarded the strength of Austria and Hungary like that of Germany, as based on the Monarchial principle and the true and unchanging love of the people. That day, he said fortified him in joyous pacific ends, effectually assisted by similar efforts by other powers would fully accomplish its object unto the remotest future.
The event has been t marked by popular rejoicings, choral and other festivities.
King Emanuel and other sovereigns and heads of States sent special messages to the Emperor J osef.
