There is fine weather and a good attendance for the Autumn meeting. The course is holding. There a’te IB bookmakers present. Results:“Longlands’ Hack Hurdles, miles. —Full Cry 1, Commander 2. Reservoir B. Scratched : Ruabon and Bushranger. Won by a neck. Time, Bmin. Bsecs.
Maiden Hack: Contendentl, Bally High 2, Kautuku 3. Wo easily by three lengths. Scratched: Waikoura, Lamsdorff, Iranui, Ennius, and Cauldron. Time, Imin 17sec. MARLBOROUGH MEETING. SECOND DAY. i! Blenheim, May 7. There is showery weather for the M.RO.. Meeting to-day with a fair attendance. Results: Hack Hurdles: Whafcakura 1, Jolly Roger 2, Fretwork 3. All started. Won easily. Time, Bmin 28sec. High-Weight Handicap; Ranigna 1, Glen 2, Sweathill 3. Scratched: Pharmaceutical. Won by a length. Time, Imin Gsec.
