DISREGARDED BY ARBITRATION COURT. . Press Association. Auckland, May 4. When the question of substituting orders against individual members of the Blackball Union for an order against the Union was mentioned in the Arbitration Court this morning, Justice Sim stated he had received a telegram from the President of (ho Uniongobjocting to the application being heard outside the industrial district. If Mr Pox or any other member of the Union wished to put their views before the Court they could do so. The Court would go into tho case and not take any notice of this protest.
