Press Association —Copyright. Received May 1, 0.15 a.m. London, April 30. Mr Luxenburg claims £IO,OOO from Russia for false imprisonment. He was arrested political suspect at Odessa, and detained for a fortnight in a litlhy prison. He appealed to the Consul and was released, but the authorities retained one-third of his money.
